What the day to day looks like:

As a Sourcer in our Hong Kong and APAC Talent Acquisition team, you play a crucial role in implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent and develop a strong talent pipeline. Your key role is to build strong partnerships with sourcing and recruiting peers to ensure robust, representative pipelines.
In addition, you'll be creating and implementing a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and candidate satisfaction.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Proven technical sourcing skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, accomplish goals, and manage multiple demands across different teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess key hiring metrics and propose actionable solutions for enhancing the candidate experience and pipeline quality
- Proficiency in English
- Confidence in working within a matrixed structure, collaborating on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company objectives.
