*Your responsibilities : *

• Establish technical vision and lead company's technological development
• Define Architecture, IT Security policy
• Key enabler to UX design
• Set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all things engineering
• Own technical partnership with Vendors, Partners and Clients
• Lead Engineering team to build a platform world has not seen
• Partner with Product development team
• A key contributor to our journey to create a new protocol to support b2b commerce
• The bridge between Engineering and rest of the organization : Passionate about technology but pragmatic about business use
• A spokesperson for Engineering organization
• Recruit and Retain talent

Qualification

• 7 year of experience in Engineering of which 2 years leading team(S)
• Bachelor (Masters preferred) in computer science
• Have built industrial strength applications in past
• You code 30% of your time
• Experience with drowning and swimming in data
• Appreciation for UX
• Understanding of compliance to regulations
• Problem Solver - owns the problem, corrects the mistakes , provides the feedback
