Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

• Build empathy with users through a toolkit of techniques like contextual inquiry, user interview, and data-driven analysis.

• Research, collect and analyze user behavior, competitor products, and explore alternative solutions. Conduct the
• design process from ideation to user flows, wireframes, and usability tests.

• Work with product owners and software engineers to create visual and functional design.

• Improve product design with qualitative and quantitative feedback data.

Senior Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product and features
• Define the visual direction of a project to shape ideas for user impact
• Mentor and train design team members

Qualifications

• Love designing and building new products
• Strong and Passionate in the Defi World. If you have any experience with Defi product development, that would be a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design(Product Design)
• Understand Grid systems, Typography, and Information Architect
• Experienced in using UX software such as Figma
• Experienced in Design System and Design Process
• Lightweight prototyping ability
• Good personality and skill to solve with day to day problems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
