We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Singapore
Tasks
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to develop the smooth operation of existing and new digital asset business lines.
- Work with business owners, operation and technology teams to develop end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate project goals, status, budget, risks and mitigation plans to senior leadership team
- Collaborate with product managers to balance the business needs with technical constraints and drive product decisions
- Ensure that the software developed is technically sound by having the ability to deep dive into the details of the architecture and design
- Ensure that the operational framework is efficient and scalable
Requirements
- Curiosity and passion to help us define and operate in the evolving field of digital assets
- 10 or more years of program/ product/ project management and delivery experience from inception to delivery
- Communication experience with senior leadership and technology teams to frame discussions and drive decision-making
- Strong knowledge in the areas of client onboarding, payments and securities/ trading
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-evolving environment
- Ability to analyze situations and create structure out of ambiguity
- Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
- Strong startup mindset biased towards action
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, or business
- Knowledge in B2B setup and implementation is a plus
