Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Leverage data to understand the product and identify opportunities for further product improvements.
- Design product usage map and monitor product performance.
- Conduct customer analysis to understand the segmentation, behavior, and more.
- Produce reports on findings to help stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Perform market research and structure customer feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data and/or product analyst role in B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and product analytics software.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with doing large-scale data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with R programming language.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
- Passion for blockchain technologies.
- Experience in regtech industry.
