Xalts founders on trade finance digitalisation after Contour acquisition

The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for a challenge to build a global fintech firm from the ground up. The role will give you a ringside view of daily operations and associated challenges which come with building a high-growth company spanning 5 countries (and growing). The individual will work with the Founder's Office team on business/company operations and product operations, working on strategic special projects and coordinating between multiple internal & external stakeholders.  

Career Path:

We expect this individual to eventually grow in the organization to lead operations.

Core requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in management/ accounting/ auditing/consulting domain

• Experience in Big 4 firms (EY/KPMG/Deloitte/PwC) is preferable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, with knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI are a plus

• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results
