Responsibilities:
The main objective of this role is to a) set up, b) manage, c) measure and d) optimise campaigns for Polysynth in order to enhance the customer acquisition and retention funnel through its various handles.

• Content creation and Responding to users: Create daily and consistent content to be uploaded on all social media platforms. Manage & schedule content calendar, study analytics and modify strategy accordingly. Engage with users on various SM, resolve tickets. Reply back to comments, questions etc.

• User Engagement Ideas: Come up with creative ideas and run contests, reward activities keeping in mind the aim of reaching out relevant users.

• SM Management & Analytics: Optimising campaigns for social media basis a data driven approach

• Draft letters, write-ups and technical content writing for website/marketing material/outreach/official communication

This is basic functional work; there may be more work assigned outside the scope of the above description.

Performance-wise, we’re looking for someone who is ready to put in genuine efforts, make mistakes, take feedback, correct those mistakes and constantly evolve into a stronger team member. Someone who is looking to learn aggressively skills which will be actually useful in the working industry.

There will be a probation period of 3 months and a up or out review at the end of the probation period.

Desirable traits:
• Mandatory: Candidate must be extremely fluent and must have a strong command over English language; written and verbal skills (non-negotiable)

• Basic Functional Understanding of Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Quora, Linkedin, Instagram, Github (optional), Medium (optional) is expected

• Fully functional knowledge of Google Analytics suite, Meta Business suite, Hubspot/similar, Amplitude/similar and other e-mail marketing and integration tools like Zapier is highly preferable.

• Basic understanding interest in the fast-growing field of cryptos, block-chain technology, financial products and investments is preferable (not mandatory)

• Familiar with use of Excel/G-sheets, Word/G-doc, PowerPoint & Email communication

• Comfortable in contributing creative inputs & thoughts, experience with Adobe creative suite, Figma, Canva is a huge plus

Education & time-requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and at least 6 months of web3-relevant experience.
• Should be able to devote 7-9 hrs quality productive time on a daily basis.

3. Candidate will be on probation for a period of 3 months; position will be converted to a permanent position after evaluation of performance.

For the right candidate, salary is not a constraint.
