Location

We are a remote-first company and require you to be based in The United Kingdom for this role.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, our new Talent Partner will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy across multiple markets with a strong focus on tech roles, as well as commercial roles (generalist recruiter). Your experience with SaaS recruitment, start-ups, and handling 360 recruitment processes will be critical. Familiarity with recruitment tools like Ashby will be advantageous as we continue to optimise our hiring processes. While crypto experience is a plus, what truly matters is your passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Entire Recruitment Journey: Take charge of the full 360 recruitment cycle – from sourcing and engaging talent to guiding them through interviews, offers, and onboarding for both tech and non-tech roles.

  • SaaS & Tech Talent Acquisition: Use your expertise to attract top-tier talent in SaaS and tech, focusing on high-impact roles like engineering, product and technical support.

  • Versatile Non-Tech Recruiting: Show your adaptability by seamlessly handling non-tech roles in areas like accounting, finance, and sales when needed.

  • Sourcing & Headhunting Pro: Tap into advanced sourcing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and more to connect with passive candidates and secure hidden talent.

  • Streamline with Tech: Masterfully navigate recruitment tools like Ashby or other ATS platforms to optimise and enhance the hiring process.

  • Influence & Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and lead tailored recruitment strategies that deliver results.

  • Global Talent Hunter: Expand your reach by recruiting across diverse regions, leveraging your knowledge of international talent markets and cultural insights.

  • Champion Candidate Experience: Prioritise a candidate-first approach, delivering a recruitment experience that reflects our values and leaves a lasting, positive impression.

  • Drive Employer Branding: Spearhead and contribute to recruitment campaigns and initiatives that elevate Cryptio’s employer brand, making us stand out in the market.

Requirements

  • Tech Recruitment Mastery: Proven success in hiring top talent for tech roles, with a strong background in SaaS or start-up environments.

  • Adaptable Non-Tech Recruiter: Confident in handling non-tech roles like accounting, finance and sales.

  • Global Talent Acquisition: Experience recruiting internationally, with a deep understanding of diverse market conditions and cultural nuances.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Expert: Skilled in managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding with efficiency.

  • Ashby ATS Savvy: Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms is a major advantage for streamlining recruitment efforts.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration Pro: Excellent communicator, able to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals.

  • Process-Driven & Organised: A natural problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple roles while driving process improvements.
