Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, evaluation, optimization, and implementation of technology architecture
- Lead team in identifying, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and solving major technical challenges in the development process
- Responsible for training and management of the technical team
- Stay on top of the latest technologies and products in the Web3 industry and formulate strategic plans for technical development
- Participate in company's strategic decisions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, or related fields; 5+ years of experience working in technical roles, 1+ years of experience in technical team management Strong knowledge in system design, software architecture, and cloud computing
- Experience with blockchain technology, proficient in one or more mainstream blockchain development languages, such as Go, Solidity, Python, and Rust; participation in the blockchain developer community, and source code contribution is a plus
- Experience in building data warehouse from scratch and deep understanding of data storage, architecture, and analysis
- Knowledge of the latest technical innovations and business development trends in Web3 industry
- Results-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and motivation, excellent leadership skills, team spirit, passionate about startup space, strong stress tolerance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
