This position requires a strong strategic mindset, attention to detail and a track record of organization and ownership. Alongside the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for gaming and emerging media.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the execution of 360 Go-to-Market campaigns, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful launches
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Post-Production teams, aligning asset development with marketing strategy
- Budget Oversight: Support marketing campaign budgeting to ensure goals are met and funds are allocated efficiently
- Cross-Functional Pipeline Development: Innovate and build workflows to streamline operations and enhance collaboration across departments
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with vendors, influencers, and brand partners to strengthen campaign reach and impact
- Paid Media Management: Own strategies and reporting across core advertising platforms to optimize campaign performance
- Community Management: Guide the Community Manager in crafting narratives and strategies aligned with primary campaign goals
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in gaming culture and emerging media, particularly within Roblox and the metaverse
A strong candidate for this position should have the following qualities:
- Minimum 3 years in high-scale project management in advertising, marketing, or entertainment
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment or a related field
- Experience leading and influencing cross functional teams in a fast pace environment
- 1+ years of experience managing teams
- Experience leading product Go-to-Market campaigns from conception to fulfillment
- Strong and professional writing skill set with experience regularly presenting to executive audiences
- Passion for gaming and web3 space
- Ability to anticipate needs and the organizational skills necessary to keep up with several unique projects at once
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines
- Proficient in social media and digital media
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, gaming culture, and Roblox is highly desired
- Enthusiasm for emerging media, technology, and the metaverse
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of the Roblox and Fortnite community expectations
- Intermediate knowledge of web3 platforms
- Experience with digital fashion on Roblox, Zepeto, Decentraland, or similar avatar platforms
- Experience in gen AI, AR, VR etc a plus
This position is generally M-F 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (PST), and will start with a freelance probation period of 90 days, and then move to full time if everyone is aligned.
