An NFT enthusiast and ultimate team player who will create value in any situation and will be excited to create an engaging story in the world of NFTs.


The Marketing Assistant/Community Manager will fully immerse themselves in the project, manage the day to day operational activities surrounding the reporting and administering of online communities for our projects working closely with the Marketing Director to activate the overall marketing strategy. While working in a cross-functional team, the goal for the Marketing Assistant/Community Manager will keep to keep the online community engaged and will constantly strive for new ways to grow and extend our reach. This individual will effectively utilise knowledge of our projects and community to assist the Marketing/PR Department in executing our product marketing plans.


Responsibilities include:

●Assist and oversee community channels pre and post launch and help foster and build community-generated content, forum discussions, downloads, and other interactions.

●Work with other local community channels.

●Spend time in both official and unofficial forums engaging directly with fans. Respond to issues where appropriate, give feedback to team members about major and recurring issues, suggest actions and responses.

●Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that community feedback is addressed.

●Help develop community assets such as videos, podcasts, developer interviews, product updates.

●Maintain consistent presence and promote user-friendly environments on community message boards.

●Have built and run large scale communities before – thick skin, able to take constructive criticism from our project communities.

●Strongly tapped into pop culture – films, games, music, and other entertainment. ● Stay on top of community trends local to Emerging Markets.

●Oversee reporting from the Emerging Markets and feedback to PR & marketing teams.

●Help conduct private and public tests to gather community feedback that will help improve final project quality.

●Create and distribute community reports including community reaction, metrics, and research.

●Assist with the company's involvement in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.

●Organising community events.

●Copywriting skills would be beneficial.

●Assist other members of the community team with community-related tasks.
