We are developing our MoonPay Concierge business, which enables high-net worth individuals and celebrities to buy high-value NFTs. You’ve probably seen us in the media: here, here, or even there.

We are looking for Representatives to work with our high-net worth and celebrity clients. Our aim is to provide a frictionless experience and you would be on the frontline to provide this level of service to our customers.

What you’ll do 👀

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process
• Support first-time clients on wallet opening, and any technical questions they may have
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the NFT market to help clients decide which purchase will best suit them
• Provide a high-touch service through all interactions
• Build a relationship with clients as you interact with them

• You can hit the ground running with significant client management experience
• You have strong relationship building and client management skills
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simply convey complex ideas, to support first time buyers step into the web3 environment
• You have experience in and excellent market knowledge of the digital asset industry
• You are comfortable operating in a fully remote team and able to execute in this environment
• Must be fluent in English

We are looking for individuals who are located within a European timezone or EST in the US.

Our interview process takes place on Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Final interview (1.5 - 2 hours)
