AminoChain is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer with expertise in blockchain and DevOps to join our innovative team. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our decentralized protocol infrastructure for healthcare applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure full stack solutions that leverage blockchain technology and best DevOps practices.

We're developing the world’s first decentralized protocol infrastructure for healthcare applications, connecting hospitals, biobanks, and bio-pharma companies to unlock the full potential of donated biological samples.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using blockchain technology, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
• Create and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and implement blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Build frontend interfaces and user experiences using modern web development frameworks such as Next.js
• Implement and optimize DevOps processes and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices and coding standards
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks to ensure functionality, performance, and security of the applications
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and security issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, blockchain developments, and best practices for DevOps
  
  

• Prior experience working as a Staff Full Stack Engineer / Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in blockchain and DevOps (>5yrs experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, or Go
• Experience with frontend development using modern frameworks such as Next.js
• Experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, or Solidity
• Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment
• Experience implementing DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in using cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience working in early-stage startups and prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
