Remote (CET/EST preferred) About the role: We are recruiting someone with a passion for decentralized finance. In this role you will launch, develop and execute foundational DeFi strategies. This role is suitable for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Someone with autonomy who owns making a startup a key contender in the blockchain ecosystem. In addition, part of being the right fit for this role involves a proven record in working with both product management and business development with a strong focus on financial and liquidity principles. What you will do: Develop, lead & execute the overall DeFi business strategy for Flow, including product development, partnerships, and business development. Increase the visibility of company’s product within the Mining/Staking community. Lead with the best security practice and standards. Ensure the steady growth and safe-run of their business from hacks and financial attacks. Provide expertise for company’s Foundation treasury management in partnership with the CFO. Monitor and analyze DeFi market trends, competitive landscape, and developer feedback to optimize our product offerings. Apply if you have the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain technology. Proven track record of launching and scaling successful DeFi products. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly. Passion for decentralization, blockchain technology, and financial inclusion.
