Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of blockchain-based investment opportunities, including cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenized assets.
• Evaluate the financial performance, risk factors, and growth potential of blockchain projects and startups.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the blockchain space to identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop detailed investment reports, financial models, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the alignment of blockchain investments with the organization's mission and impact goals.
• Perform due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing whitepapers, technical documentation, and team credentials.
• Assist in portfolio management by tracking the performance of existing blockchain investments and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Engage with industry stakeholders, attend conferences, and build relationships to stay informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, or blockchain-related certifications) preferred.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or portfolio management, with a focus on blockchain or emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenomics.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, databases, and software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms).
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
