We are looking for a founding operations lead to join a business in our network and play a central role in building a rapidly growing start-up paving the way for the future of work. The business provides Web3 companies with on-demand access to highly vetted engineers and is led by a team who have founded multiple start-ups and DAO's. The business is already revenue generating and funded for the next 2+ years.

As the Founding Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the marketplace operations, customer success, and revenue enablement. This is a high-agency position, offering you significant autonomy and ownership of your work, allowing you to directly influence the company's culture and impact.

> Meaningful equity package

> $100-140k base salary (based on experience and location)

> Remote-first, but NY preferred (office in Flatiron)

Ideally you'll have:

• 2-5 years experience or equivalent in a management consulting or start-up environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, keen attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a role that requires analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership
