We’re looking for candidates who are currently located in Germany and can be in the office 5 days a week in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare monthly and quarterly management and board reporting
• Aid in year-end processes: audits, accruals, invoice payments, financial recap
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of the German payroll and benefits
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal HR policies
• Create employment contracts for new hires and ensure new and existing contracts comply with local employment laws
• Maintain compliance with local legislation and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR/Finance experience.
• Strong organizational skills
• Comprehensive overview of central areas in HR and Finance
• Data-driven decision making
