- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and enhancements.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
- Lead user research and gather insights to drive user-centric design and development.
- Work closely with design and development teams to deliver a seamless user experience and high-quality product delivery..
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and enhance existing features.
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in the blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) - Must.
- Experience with product management in complex technical environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
