Marketing Web3 Jobs in North America

We're looking for an Product Marketing Manager, who can strategize, coordinate and execute the marketing programs around product launches on the NEAR protocol. This person will need to work with both external and internal teams to coordinate key launches, and ensure communication of key information is shared across the team. You should be able to provide clear guidance on how to create the most awareness around NEAR products, and be capable of analyzing appropriate opportunities and risks.

Disseminate highly technical and complicated information to various audience segments

You will

• Manage the coordination of ecosystem projects - from initial discussions and planning to briefing and execution
• Track and manage creative assets
• Lead communication back to the greater internal team of opportunities
• Project manage deadlines and the various detail deliverables to support marketing initiatives
• Create marketing performance reports to share to internal and external stakeholders
• Bring creative energy and intelligence to the marketing team overall to help our quarterly goals
• Assist senior marketing members with scheduling and meeting minutes

You Have

• 3+ year marketing experience in partnership, digital or traditional marketing
• Interest in crypto and blockchain
• Outstanding business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Stellar attention to detail and process orientation

About the NEAR Foundation

The NEAR Foundation is a nonprofit, non-beneficiary foundation based in Switzerland which supports community-driven innovation and the Open Web with a specific focus on the NEAR platform. The Foundation distributes grant funding into the NEAR ecosystem, coordinates governance among participants, educates people about the protocol and ensures that relationships among the community members are as strong and sustainable as the apps they build. It seeks to combine the inclusive care of a community-driven NGO with the at-scale effectiveness of a Silicon Valley startup.
