You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network by guiding new content creators through the onboarding process onto the WFO Extreme Sports Creator Network.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead creator onboarding across our website, OTT TV channel, social platforms, events, directory, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Refining and executing our comprehensive Creator Onboarding Process
- Managing onboarding project systems and training team members
- Creating legal agreements for creators to sign up
- Welcoming creators and providing platform walkthroughs
- Ensuring creator accounts and content meet quality standards
- Providing ongoing training and resources for creators
- Promoting creators through affiliate programs and merchandise opportunities
- Tracking performance data to help creators optimize content
- Facilitating collaborations between creators
