We are now looking for a People Ops Lead to join our fully remote team! Roles at Centrifuge are ever-changing (and up to you to define) but here’s our idea of what you’ll be focusing on;

What You’ll Do You will play the critical role leading our People strategy to develop, implement and improve people processes and programs while overseeing business as usual. Our Self Managing (SMO) team structure and decentralized approach to work will allow for you to deep dive into organizational development while also adapting legal and compliance policies across the entire team. Being an SMO combined with being a fully remote team means that we are looking for someone who can tackle the specific challenges that comes with this, for example; working in a global environment across many different jurisdictions, time zones and cultures!
