The Role The Sales Operations Manager role calls for a generalist who is comfortable taking an objective and executing on it with a high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will likely have experience in a sales/client/customer operations role within CeFi or DeFi in which you've built a track record of delivering exceptional customer success. You will help develop and foster relationships with prospective institutional clients, while proactively cultivating relationships with existing ones. You'll be joining an exceptional team on this exciting journey to transform global capital markets and play an integral role supporting Maples users and internal stakeholders. The role will require you to communicate persuasively with external stakeholders and coordinate with across teams at all levels of the business.
