Origins is seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team immediately.

A successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Use data and a qualitative understanding of the NFT landscape to segment the total market of prospective customers
  • Work with our internal operations team to build processes for prospecting and qualifying potential customers through targeted outbound efforts and campaigns
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers and strategic partners 
  • Work with leadership to shape Origins’ partnership strategy
  • Team up with our Community Managers to prioritize and act on inbound partnerships requests
  • Provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to inform product development and arrive at new business cases for Origins’ products and services 
  • Evangelize the benefits of Origins’ tools to the broader Web3 community through strategic marketing initiatives
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a business development or partnerships role
  • Self-starter with outstanding prioritization and project management skills 
  • Superlative written and verbal communication abilities 
  • A proven ability to use data to provide actionable insights
  • Experience initiating, negotiating, and closing deals that result in a measurable and beneficial impact for both sides 
  • An understanding of Web3 culture and products
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment (engineering, product, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a track record of building business relationships
  • Refined commercial and product instinctsÂ
