We are an early stage start up looking to disrupt the music NFT market. We have a large addressable market with little competition. Candidates should have a proven track record and experience in building on Solidity and preferably experience building digital marketplaces.Â
Our Co-founders have a combined 30 years experience in music licensing, music and sound creation, label management and community building with experience working with major brands such as Nike, Adidas, Marvel, McLaren, Estée Lauder, Jaguar, Manchester United, Pepsi, Universal, Paramount and hosting shows on BBC Radio 1extra.
Key responsibilities: Work closely with the co-founders to support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company. Oversee implementation of technical aspects. Recruit top developers and blockchain specialists if required. Build bridges and network with the blockchain community. Oversee the architecture of future expansion.
Qualifications: BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field MSc/PhD or equivalent can be an added advantage. Must have a strong technical background. Proven experience as a CTO or role that would lead to qualifications for a CTO position. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. Strong communication skills Leadership and organisational abilities.

Compensation: As co-founder equity % will be generous and commensurate with contribution/credentials + post seed salary.
