The Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join the Gala team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies to grow our mobile gaming business. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign management, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of mobile and gaming ecosystems.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue for our mobile games
  • Analyze user acquisition data to identify key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on investment
  • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans, promotions, and other growth initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement

Essential Skills and Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, focusing on gaming
  • Hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and gaming ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution
  • Experience with mobile analytics platforms such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Kochava
  • Familiarity with ad networks, DSPs, and other mobile marketing platforms
  • Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator
  • Excited by problem-solving
  • Fearless

  • Prior experience working successfully in a fully remote company
