We are looking for a hungry Business Development Associate who is able to efficiently manage his or her time across a wide array of initiatives. This person will have had experience and interest in the blockchain industry and the maturity to interface with senior leaders in the industry. We are looking for someone who is also humble and a team player.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing business development pipeline and documenting meeting notes and action items
• Reaching out to relevant developers and representing TRON at conferences
• Creating internal memos and presentations on various technology trends, new initiatives, and potential M&A targets
• Helping negotiate deal terms, work with General Counsel on partner contracts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with relevant internship experience in technology and one to two year’s experience in marketing, business development or operations
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and level-headed under pressure
• Super passionate about blockchain and crypto
