This is a great opportunity to join the fast-moving space of web3. As our first Discord hire, you’ll be joining Verisart during an exciting period of growth as we gear up for our Series A. You will be engaging directly with creators, artists and collectors helping them learn about Web3, NFTs and understand our product. You’ll work closely with the Head of Community to define our Discord strategy and grow our community.
This is a part-time position (6 - 15 hours a week)
Remote or office-based in London
Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit of the current Discord server and identify improvements for the onboarding flow, set up etc
- Work with the Head of Community to develop a Discord strategy (types of posts, methods of engaging the community, growing members etc)
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the Discord
- Following the audit and strategy definition, implement the defined recommendations and act as a community manager on discord
- Engage the community through messages, AMAs, etc.
- Answer questions and work alongside our Customer Success manager to resolve any issues
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of managing and growing Discord servers
- Knowledge of the NFT and crypto community
- 2-5 years of community building experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Personable, confident and outgoing; a proven ability to build rapport
