What are we looking for?
Real Items is seeking a talented and passionate (Pixel Perfect) Vue/React developer to immediately contribute to existing products, as well as entirely new projects.
Someone to lead and take ownership of our front-end stack
Team player with excellent collaborative and communication skills
Proactive and can give and receive feedback within a fast-paced, startup culture
Able to work individually or in a small team to design and build complex applications from the ground up
Organized, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to do research and implement development and security best practices
Strong desire to grow with the company and deliver valuable results
Proven ability to learn new skills and demonstrate growth
Self-driven and not afraid of taking initiative, able to work autonomously

Desired Skills:
3+ years of front-end experience building production-level web applications from design systems (Figma or XD)
Passionate about modern and intuitive front-end experiences on any device
Passionate about implementing clean and pixel perfect user interfaces
Writes organized and clean code that is conducive to collaboration
2+ years of experience with Vue.js or React.js (required)
Work with APIs like Rest and GraphQL (required)
Work with Git version control, Github (required)
Experience with Nuxt.js, and Vuetify, or React equivalents like Next.js (preferred)
Experience with design work (preferred)

Nice to have:
Node.js, Javascript, Java, Python, Solidity
Blockchain development: Hardhat, Ethers, Web3j, Smart contracts, etc.
AWS technologies: Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, Cloudformation, etc.
IoT devices and technologies: Smart devices, Raspberry Pi, QR codes, NFC, etc.
Familiar with microservice architecture and Postman
Automation and CI/CD
Excellent documentation skills
Product testing: Unit, integration, end-to-end, UI tests, etc.
Knowledge of SEO principles

Compensation:
$70,000-$120,000 USD (depending on equity stake)
