We're looking for a Business Development Manager to:

    • Drive key initiatives in our business development efforts, managing an ecosystem of over 2000 partners like Coinbase, Polygon Technologies, and Immutable while propelling the brand's global presence.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships, ensuring the company and it’s partners are maximizing the ROI from our collaborations, and spearhead initiatives across our verticals.
    • Be the face of a leading web3/crypto company pioneering the future of social networking, nurturing vital relationships, and ensuring our brand's voice aligns with our mission.

What you'll need:

    • A Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in web3 and crypto, demonstrating your ability to drive product growth and exceed sales targets.
    • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, showcasing your capability to operate autonomously and proactively in a startup setting.
    • Solid foundation in business development, with 3+ years of experience under your belt, ready to make strategic moves and build win-win partnerships.
    • A passion for innovation, eager to join a trailblazing startup in web3/crypto, contributing to a revolutionary shift in social networking.
    • Experience as a founder or early venture-backed startup employee is highly preferred.

$80,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience level. Additional performance-based compensation is not included in the salary range.
