Ares is the next generation crypto trading platform focused on prediction markets, memecoins, and real time information driven trading. We believe trading is fundamentally social and attention based, and we are building a new market paradigm where collective intelligence, narratives, and on chain behavior drive outcomes.

We are an early stage startup with a distributed team headquartered in NYC, backed by Alliance, Foundation Capital, UOB, and top tier investors. We move at high execution speed in extremely competitive markets. This is not a passive brand or strategy role. We are looking for a high agency, hands on Growth Marketing and Community Lead who will own onboarding, acquisition, and early growth end to end.

You will work closely with the CEO in a highly autonomous environment where people move fast, take full ownership, and are expected to execute. This role is intense and execution heavy. You will be in the trenches every day talking to users, posting constantly, engaging communities, and doing whatever it takes to drive adoption. We are looking for someone highly motivated, competitive, and obsessed with winning.

What You Will Do

1. Social and Content Marketing

• Own all marketing activity across Twitter and LinkedIn
• Create and post daily content that drives awareness, engagement, and user conversion
• Manage Ares owned accounts and help define voice, tone, and narrative
• Work closely with the CEO to translate product vision, market insights, and trading concepts into compelling content
• Create educational content around prediction markets, memecoins, and trading mechanics

2. Community Engagement

• Actively engage with users in Telegram and Discord on a daily basis
• Seed conversations, respond to questions, and maintain high energy in the community
• Build close relationships with early power users, traders, and community leaders
• Gather real time user feedback and surface insights directly to the team

3. Manual Outreach and User Acquisition

• Do direct outbound outreach to potential users on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms
• Respond manually to inbound messages, replies, and mentions to convert interest into active users
• Build one on one relationships with early adopters and high value users
• Identify and engage traders, influencers, and relevant crypto communities

4. User Acquisition Strategy

• Design and run early stage user acquisition experiments
• Test onboarding flows, referral mechanics, incentives, and growth loops
• Track performance closely and double down aggressively on what works
• Help define how Ares grows from zero to its first strong core user base

What We Are Looking For

• High agency and highly motivated with a founder mindset, strong ownership, and accountability. You avoid comfort work and default to action.
• Highly competitive, goal driven, and execution focused. Able to operate independently in a fast moving, low structure environment.
• Deep familiarity with crypto trenches culture, including Telegram, Discord, and Crypto Twitter dynamics, and how traders actually behave.
• Strong writing instincts and sharp intuition for what performs on Twitter.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across formats - long-form content, product copy, social media, case studies, etc.
• Ability to create clear, compelling educational and narrative driven content around trading concepts.
• Knowledge of trading and prediction markets. Bonus if you are active in memecoins.
• Comfortable with manual, repetitive, high volume outreach and direct user interaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience growing an early stage crypto or fintech product
• Existing network of traders or crypto native communities
• Comfort experimenting, iterating, and moving fast without perfect data
