This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive the success of our development efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee technical decision-making, team management, and the development of innovative solutions while serving as a key technical authority within the organization.   Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of development and domain leads. Foster a collaborative and productive environment, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead high-level recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new team members. Review and approve technical decisions, including pull requests (PRs), System Improvement Proposals (SIPs), and high-level design architectures. Provide guidance on complex technical challenges and ensure adherence to best practices. Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and alignment. Act as the knowledge center for the development team. Develop and implement strategies to prevent future crises. Develop and execute plans for current and future projects. Collaborate with other departments to align R&D initiatives with business goals.

  Your Experience & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes. Deep understanding of Decentralized network works (required) and Staking technologies (big advantage). Understanding in some or most of the following: Solidity, consensus mechanisms, networking, front-end/back-end development, and DevOps. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
