We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web3 Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, partnerships, or a similar role in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Aethir's ecosystem growth strategy in the Web3 space (major focus on gaming, AI, and DePIN)
- Act as a primary point of contact for both existing and new clients, focusing on nurturing strong relationships.
- Oversee the management and optimization of multiple BD channels to activate ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel at short notice to conferences and industry events to represent Aethir and participate in speaking panels, workshops, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in BD/ Partnerships/ Ecosystem development or a similar strategic role in a Web3 company.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is required.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is required.
