Purpose

As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a campaign lead to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

This role is a mid-level position for someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing management and campaigns creation and delivery.

Key Accountabilities::

• Create and launch entertaining and educational campaigns for crypto communities
• Building out processes for campaigns
• Managing campaigns across multiple clients
• Preparing and writing content for campaigns
• Developing campaigns for clients according to their KPIs
• Liaising with clients on a weekly basis
• Consistent reporting across client campaigns

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience leading community campaigns/events (e.g. bounty campaigns, airdrops, learn and earn campaigns)
• Experience in launching bounty campaigns, learn-and-earn events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A deep understanding of the campaign creation and delivery
• The ability to be immersed in new projects
• The ability to work on multiple projects across clients
• The ability to work autonomously and plan, create and deliver campaigns by yourself
