The Opportunity:

We're seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of key marketing initiatives within a high-growth company at the forefront of the digital asset industry.

Role Responsibilities:

Event Management

• Map out key conferences and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal Auros participation.
• Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of events from conception through to completion.
• Work closely with internal teams to align event strategies and activities with overall business goals.
• Maintain close relationships with the marketing and events teams of our partners.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics.
• Track event key performance areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote events through various marketing channels to enhance visibility and attendance.

Content & Social Media

• Be the mastermind behind all of our content—from blogs to social media posts, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and amplifies the Auros brand in the crypto space.
• Manage all our social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and leveraging trending topics to our advantage.
• Create visually stunning graphics that complement your epic content.
• Be the voice of Auros and represent our partnership efforts—assist our partnerships team in amplifying our work through all owned channels.
• Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of our content and social media strategy, ensuring we're always on top of our game.
• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to align your content strategy with our business goals and promotional campaigns.
• Experiment constantly, testing and tweaking strategies to discover what works best for our brand.
• Bring your passion for crypto to work every day.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in marketing within a startup or tech environment is a MUST.
• Basic understanding of crypto is a MUST. It's acceptable if you've only paid attention to crypto outside of work.
• A can-do attitude with an agreeable personality, the ability to manage stakeholders, and a high energy level.
• Actual experience with social media campaigns.
• Content or research management experience is a nice-to-have.
• Understanding of financial products and liquidity solutions is a nice-to-have.
