The Wormhole FoundationOur mission is to empower passionate people in the research and development of blockchain interoperability technologies. We support teams building secure, open-source, and decentralized products within the Wormhole ecosystem. The Role: Technical Program Manager
Work closely with internal and ecosystem stakeholders to create and implement organizational processes for your work streams Help define project goals, monitor and track project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage expenses as required, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and give progress reports. Implement technology strategies alongside product and engineering teams within the ecosystem Manage a diverse set of internal and external projects from start to finish, ensuring the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily, and that the work is logged and tracked. Contribute to internal operations ranging from building and organizing organizational systems in like Notion, Clickup, Hubspot, etc. Manage client and partner relationships, and drive important outcomes for Wormhole Foundation and the Wormhole ecosystem.
Who you are:
Have 3-5 years of previous experience in project management. Have experience building and implementing organizational systems. Ideally at least 1 year in web3/crypto space. Ideally hold a PMP certification or equivalent experience in developing project management expertise. A strong desire to work in functional teams, take input, and keep moving outcomes forward. Constantly being proactive in seeking out ways in which they can add value, solve problems, improve processes, and drive business results. Comfortable in fast-paced environments. Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality. Enjoy working remotely with a talented global team and ideally based in the Americas or European time zones.
