Responsibilities:

    • Support compliance leaders by assisting with ad-hoc tasks relevant to regulatory exams and external audits
    • Collaborate with key features of Compliance to update policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Analyse data, pinpoint discrepancies and engage with relevant stakeholders
    • Adhere to a standardised auditing and examination issue management framework, maintaining transparency regarding the progress of remedial activities with global stakeholders
    • Monitor the resolution of regulatory audits and exams, providing necessary support to ensure the organization maintains a compliant stance
    • Perform general administrative tasks related to the aforementioned responsibilities, in accordance with the business' needs

Requirements:

    • Legal major is preferred
    • Interest in compliance/law in crypto is preferred
    • Good project management skills, prior intern experience in law firm is a plus
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is a bonus
    • Must be data-driven, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries
    • Should demonstrate learning agility and maintain a critical and innovative mindset
