We are seeking a talented and creative Design & Animation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs (both static and videos) for Seedify and the projects we launch and incubate. Proficiency in relevant design and animation software is essential for this role. Experience in web3 is considered a major bonus.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and high-quality designs for various platforms, including social media, presentations, marketing materials, websites and more.
Develop engaging animations and motion graphics for promotional videos, explainer videos, product demos, and other multimedia content.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Translate project briefs and concepts into compelling visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
Requirements:
Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in design and animation software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Blender, or equivalent tools.
Proven experience in graphic design, animation, and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
Experience in the web3 space or a strong interest in blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps) is a major bonus.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred.
