Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team, and help us deliver high quality marketing campaigns for the Blockchain.com Wallet, Exchange, and adjacent products. Ultimately, you should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our fast growth and the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design beautiful custom landing pages for the launch of new products, and marketing of our core product stack, working closely with our Head of Marketing.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design interfaces that are responsive and compatible with various devices, ensuring a seamless experience for users across different platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs, continually improving the user experience.
- Help us relaunch the Blockchain.com Learn Center, with a focus on ease of use and interactiveness.
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing to create landing pages and web based tools that serve our acquisition and monetisation goals (ie. create custom webpages to support our activities with The Dallas Cowboys)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- The foremost quality for this position or any position at Blockchain.com is integrity.
- Ability to build webpage design and marketing graphics in Figma.
- A portfolio showcasing previous web design and UX work, with a focus on user-centric design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development is a plus.
- Experience with cryptocurrency is a nice to have.
- Experience with agile tools like JIRA.
- You should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business environment.
- You rely on others' candid feedback for continuous improvement.
- You understand requirements beyond the written word and have a sharp eye.
