Remote Engineer Jobs in Web3

At RociFi we are building a new multi-chain DeFi primitive for zero and under-collateralized lending. At its core, the protocol leverages on-chain data, Machine Learning, and loan risk-management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.

We are looking to find a senior DevOps Engineer to join our existing Data Engineering team of 4 experienced engineers. In this role, you will have ownership over the infrastructure of the RociFi Data Pipeline, cache layers, databases, as well as deploying the infrastructure to the cloud and connecting into CI pipelines.

Tasks

1. Automate infrastructure deployment using CI/CD (end-to-end release cycle)
2. Build necessary tools to maintain and monitor our solution
3. Be part of the round the clock on-call duty
4. Troubleshoot issues that arise in production deployments

Requirements

1. Proven production experience with Kubernetes
2. Experience with Terraform
3. Proven production experience with GCP, GKE
4. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices
5. Hands-on experience administering and configuring CI servers
6. Ability to work in an advisory capacity to identify key technical and business problems, develop and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations
7. The ability to understand situations or problems by logically organizing information. This includes anticipating problems for root causes and proactively looking for alternative solutions.
