Web3 Head of Marketing

About this role

As Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading and growing the Metaplex Studios Marketing team. Key functions of the Marketing team include:

1. Partnering with Product to define strategy and deploy new protocol functionality and developer tools.
2. Elevating and featuring creators that are building in the ecosystem
3. Deepening engagement with developer community. Help run digital events and in-person Hacker Houses to onboard developers to Web3 and Solana through Metaplex.
4. Social media strategy and content

• 5+ years in Marketing leadership roles
• Experience with both developer and consumer marketing
• In depth understanding of blockchain technology
• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and commmunity
