As a Marketing Intern at R3, you will play a vital role in supporting our core marketing initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing for financial services in a professional setting.

Engage in weekly one-to-one sessions with your manager to discuss feedback and set goals for the upcoming week. Gain insights from leaders across the organisation, offering you a holistic view of how a pioneering tech start-up operates from Product to Sales. Showcase your work, learn from experienced team members, and make the most of the opportunities presented during your internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of promotional materials, including PPT, brochures, blogs, and social media posts
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team in supporting on organising events and client projects
• Analyse data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement
• Draft content for key channels 

Desired Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Confident in Photoshop or graphic design background
• Strong desire to learn, along with a passion for brand strategy and marketing in the professional services sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good communicator and organised
• Familiarity with marketing software, website CMD (wordpress) and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Please note that our Summer internship Program will be running from June-September 2024 and we can therefore only consider applicants who can commit to these time frames.
• Moreover, we cannot provide sponsorship for this position so candidates will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
