Founding Machine Learning Engineer

$150,000 - 200,000 base + up to 0.8% Equity ⚡
Our client is an exciting Web3 platform that is looking to revolutionize the way customer support is carried out using blockchain technology. The company has recently closed a Seed funding round round raising $10M backed by top Crypto VC firms. Their current team consists of Engineering and Product Leaders from Meta, LinkedIn, Uber and others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end NLP model development to improve platform functionality
- Research and stay up to date with recent advancements in the Data Science and NLP space
- Support engineers with web software development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- Experience with Natural Language processing
- Experience with building ML models in production
- Experience and/or strong interest in the Web3 and DeFi space is desirable
