At FLock.io, we're pioneering innovative solutions at the intersection of blockchain (web3) and artificial intelligence. Our passion is to empower communities by offering on-chain machine learning solutions that are collaborative, efficient, and privacy-centric. 

FLock.io is a permission-less platform for co-creation of AI models and Dapps. We allow community members and developers to contribute ideas, data, or compute, and share revenue from created AI models. The future isn’t one AI super-app to rule them all, but many apps created by and catered for different communities, and we are here to make it happen. We started in Apr’22 and are now a team of ten. Core team came from Oxford. 

We have de-risked the technical challenges and shipped a testnet and a ML client - try it here (You can also find our documentations for testnet here: docs.flock.io). The tokenomics design won best paper award at the blockchain workshop in NeurIPS, a top ML conference; and the client is the only Dapp that can handle finetuning of LLMs.  

Role Overview: 

We are now looking for Web 3 PMs to join us on the GTM phase to bring FLock to the wider community. You will be launching AI Dapps for DeFi, gaming, NFT using the FLock platform as well as engaging the community to propose and co-create new use cases with token incentives. We are looking for someone with proven experience in product management and growth hacking in Web 3. ML experience is a plus but not a requirement - there is plenty of ML knowhow among the existing team members.  

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Strategy & Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative blockchain and AI products.
2. Collaboration: Liaise daily with the development and product teams, translating product requirements into actionable development items.
3. Open Source Community Management: Oversee and actively manage our GitHub community, engaging with community developers and fostering an environment of collaboration.
4. Quality Assurance: Engage the community and internal teams for product testing prior to releases, ensuring a smooth user experience.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on our product offerings.
6. Focus areas in the GTM phase: 
   • UX improvement for AI co-creation. You will adapt the webpages for AI proposals, voting, data contributions, and token incentives. You will be expected to ensure quality assurance and delivery to timeline
   • Launching campaigns on AI co-creation for DeFi, gaming, NFT, and social. You will seed the development of use cases among community and work with our partners to turn AI models into product. You will be expected to closely research web 3 communities to discover fitting AI Dapps for their needs as well as the fitting tokenomics model

 
Qualifications:
 

• Mandatory: Proven experience in managing and executing well-known web3 projects.
• Preferred: Background in AI projects.
• Technical educational background or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in leveraging GitHub for community engagement and management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
