We are looking for a motivated and experienced Grants Campaign Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing grant campaigns to secure funding ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant writing, crowdfunding, and fundraising, particularly within the blockchain and Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement grant campaign strategies to raise funds between $10,000 and $50,000.
• Identify and research potential grant opportunities from various platforms, foundations, and organizations.
• Prepare, write, and submit grant applications and proposals tailored to each funding opportunity.
• Collaborate with the Xride team to align grant campaigns with our mission and goals.
• Manage relationships with donors, foundations, and other funding entities.
• Track and report on the progress and success of each grant campaign.
• Provide creative input and strategies for community engagement and donor communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grant writing, crowdfunding, and fundraising, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or technology sectors.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling proposals that align with the goals and values of funding entities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with decentralized technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in launching successful grant campaigns that have raised funds in the $10,000 to $50,000 range.
• Strong network within the blockchain and Web3 community.
• Knowledge of current trends in fundraising and grant writing for tech startups.
