About the Opportunity
Join Kadena's creative team as a Motion Designer/Video Editor and delve into creating captivating and innovative animations and videos. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director, playing a pivotal role from the initial concept to the final video production. We value efficiency, creativity, and a commitment to high-quality work.
This position will report directly to our Creative Director, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.

- Stay updated with current creative trends in visual effects and apply innovative approaches to your work.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations, both creatively and technically.
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.
- Comprehensive understanding of video production and animation workflow.
- Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4d and Redshift.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Artistic ability in asset and set development.
- Familiarity with production pipelines and current creative trends.
- Adaptability to new technologies and tools in the rapidly evolving field of motion graphics and video editing.

This role has an annual starting salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
