You bring structure to ambiguity and deliver high-impact data solutions that power life & annuity platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Own and drive the full product lifecycle for data products—from research, market analysis, and roadmap planning to requirements definition and launch. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Business, and Client Services to define technical solutions, estimate effort, plan releases, and manage sprint backlogs. Design and customize data layouts (e.g., Data Warehouse, Reserve, Tax, NCOA, Hedge) based on Zinnia standards and client-specific requirements. Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories, leveraging SQL (Oracle/MS SQL Server) and APIs. Act as a key liaison across SDLC stakeholders. Lead QA and production deployment activities including FTEV validation, defect triage, and post-migration support. Perform root cause analysis for incidents, document impact and resolution, and implement preventative actions. Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through research on market trends, platform usage, and client feedback. Support strategic decisions with analysis on ROI, consumer behavior, build-vs-buy assessments, and platform performance. Maintain clear, detailed documentation (e.g., KT decks, data dictionaries, reference guides) and deliver regular training sessions. Communicate product and incident status updates effectively to leadership and client stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar data-centric role. Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Proven experience working with API integrations and data interface design in enterprise systems. Solid understanding of system architectures, client/server models, and data integration frameworks. Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow tools, including decision tables, data flow diagrams, and system mapping. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions across product and engineering teams. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge Analytical, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter, flexible and motivated Great to have experience in BFSI Industry across Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance
