Responsibilities:

  • Build processes to support SLA and product delivery.

  • Manage a team of 6 engineers: coaching, mentoring, growth.

  • Ensure iterative weekly value delivery for clients.

  • Balance quick fixes for demos with long-term (quarter–year) planning.

  • Lead development of data API and application: infra, DWH, backend, API, front-end.

  • Drive system design improvements to balance speed and quality.

  • Support clients during technical assessment and onboarding.

  • Learn fast and guide the team through crypto domain challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Engineering manager.

  • Strong people management and team development skills.

  • Understanding of API development, data systems, and scalable architecture.

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a startup environment.

  • Readiness to work in dynamic crypto/DeFi domain and eagerness to grow in it.
