Job Description

  • Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features.

  • Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

  • Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.

  • Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience

  • 3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps

  • Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 space

  • Collaborative and open minded

  • Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts

  • Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms

  • Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant

  • Strong communication in oral and written English

  • Strong values, ethics and integrity

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
