We are looking for strong Product Designers to lead the product experience design and execution for Base Developer. In this role you will help builders scale their apps and distribution, improve user on/offramps and first-time UX, and continue paving the way for billions of people to come onchain.

What you’ll be doing

  • Represent design thinking with a user-centric perspective in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates to research and design effective solutions for onchain developers
  • Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production
  • Participate in weekly design crits, seeking feedback and incorporating it to ensure high-quality designs
  • Blend qualitative and quantitative insights to create beautiful, usable, valuable product experiences for the Base community

What we look for in you

  • Deep experience designing exceptional product experiences
  • Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience
  • Experience validating design solutions with user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods
  • Comfortable presenting work to a wide range of stakeholders for input at various stages of the design process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
