Our client is looking for Product Management leader with a strong background in
blockchain technology to successfully drive development initiatives. In this role, you will manage the product's lifecycle from R&D to launch, bringing the company's vision and strategy to life. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to
translate those into product and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development team in creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
  • Create and manage processes for synthesizing product requirements and owning the product roadmap.
  • Consistently prioritize features effectively to deliver on development milestones.
  • Engage with clients, key stakeholders, and strategic partners to gather feedback and drive requirements.
  • Partner with GTM teams to promote product adoption and drive user engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Web3 innovations.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
  • 1-year minimum experience in a blockchain company.
  • High level of comfort with technology, including the development and implementation of blockchain solutions.
  • Ability to quickly digest a variety of competing and inconsistent information across many channels under a high degree of uncertainty.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Superior documentation skills, along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations for senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of successfully making and keeping commitments, while driving product growth and user satisfaction.
Bonus if you have:
  • BA/MA, BS/MS, or PhD in a technical field.
  • Experience in gaming, economics, blockchain.
  • Experience with mathematical/statistical modeling and AI/Client.
  • Experience designing or working with DeFi protocols.
  • Experience with smart contract development.
