Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Customer-first mindset: Plan, and speak to customers in order to gain a deep understanding of their needs/experience
- Passionate about leveraging web3 benefits (self custody, ownership, composability) to create a seamless web 2-like experience (easy onboarding, login, payments etc)
- Define and ship zero-to-one features, be able to enhance and scale one-to-n features
- Identify and fill product gaps, generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Contribute to Burnt’s product culture, assisting with hiring and team development
- Deeply understand the competitive landscape and develop product positioning strategies
- Work directly with the founder to align product and company strategy, to then build out comprehensive roadmaps, detailed requirements, and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Apply first principles thinking and a focus on continuous improvement to all aspects of your work
- Drive product launches by working with marketing
- Speak to customers
Requirements
- Proven work experience in product management
- Impeccable taste for design and user-experience
- Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle from 0 to 1
- Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty and be gritty
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the team
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
