Remote Project Manager Jobs in Web3

Telegram Mini Apps is a leading platform for creating, promoting, and managing mini-apps based on the TON blockchain. We assist developers in integrating their apps into the Telegram ecosystem, provide tools and support for building high-quality products, and collaborate with top Web3 and DeFi projects.

This role will require you to:

• Managing the execution of marketing campaigns: from planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Supporting and assisting in the execution of daily marketing activities to increase engagement and platform awareness.
• Partner interaction: organizing processes and coordinating work with partners to maintain strong working relationships.
• Creating and adapting advertising offers and creatives, developing content for effective platform promotion.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality task completion, tracking task progress, and meeting deadlines.
• Maintaining and updating project documentation for internal and external processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups, mid-sized companies, or agencies.
• Experience in managing marketing projects, preferably in the IT sector, Web3, or FinTech.
• General understanding of the Web3 space and an interest in further learning about it.
• Strong marketing foundation with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams and partners.
• Independence and responsibility in completing tasks, the ability to solve problems and correct mistakes without constant supervision.
• High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Copywriting skills and experience.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English at a high level.
