Job Description
As a Quantitative Analyst at Kronos, you can combine risk management, research, and technology disciplines to operate trading strategies across cryptocurrency markets. You will work closely with our world-class quantitative researchers, software engineers, and Alpha researchers to maximize and optimize trading opportunities globally. We have a flat organizational structure that is highly merit-based where top performers are rewarded accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for fund controls, including the monitoring and execution of transfer and withdrawal requests.
- Manage account operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all account-related activities.
- Provide operational support to the options trading team, aiding in the control of trading-related processes and management of trading resources from exchanges.
- Develop tools and scripts to automate operations, enhancing the efficiency of trading and operational workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate trading and operational processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing scalability.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for traders and other stakeholders for trade-related inquiries and issues, offering timely and accurate support.
- Assist in the development of option pricing, settlement, and other business support tools.
- Assist option traders in optimizing strategies and adjusting parameters.
- Assistance in team operations on a rotating basis is required (on-call from 18:00-23:00).
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using scripting languages (e.g., Python) and SQL-base Database for automation of operations.
Good to have
- Strong understanding of trading operations, fund controls, and account management.
- Familiar with derivatives and financial engineering knowledge.
- Proficiency in Linux command line interface.
